Upon successful completion of this course, a student will be able to:
1. demonstrate their knowledge in the substantive law and procedures of property and creditors rights including Bankruptcy, Secured Transactions, Creditors' Remedies, Landlord-Tenant, Real Property, Personal Property, Consumer Law, Checks and the Banking system, Labor and Employment Law, preparing a Chapter Bankruptcy, and eviction papers for both landlord, and the defense of a tenant
2. "think critically" in law, and in the area of property and creditors rights
3. brief a law case in property and creditors rights
4. prepare certain legal documents, forms or papers in the area of Property Law.
